Haystacks in summer, by Mairi Morrison,
Isle Of Lewis
Haystacks in Summer -
Stacks of late summer hay woven
together by local crofters,
sculptural damson motifs dropped onto a golden canvas,
bordered by lines of bold colour.
A celebration of man working the land and co-existing
alongside it to produce a pleasing design and landscape.
