Wind Turbines in Spain and FranceRose and Richard have a property in Spain, and Rose told me that when they were driving back through France they noticed a row of wind turbines rusting beside the road, looking very ugly and abandoned. Wind developers are always saying that they can be removed as if they have never been there.... I wonder how much that will be true? What happens if the developer has gone out of business?
